Just say the word! is a new language training method specifically designed
to give participants basic introductory skills when meeting foreign visitors
for the first time.
The training is particularly aimed at people working in sectors such as
tourism and hospitality who may have little experience of using foreign
languages.
To avoid lengthy staff absences and to reduce costs, training is done in a
series of one day seminars.
